"Inner Skanks" and Halloween

What is this "inner skank" business? Can someone please explain?

See, the "inner skank" is really a personification of that primordial inner sexual animal in young women. The inner skank wants to "dress her assets" in such a way that invites innuendos and express her desires for sexual gratification in ways that put the desires of men to shame. Yet the goal of the inner skank remains the same, to demoralize and degrade the common man. This portion of the psyche always present, unless it is washed away in a tide of light beer. As stated, Halloween is one of the holidays where this external manifestation occurs without the initial intoxication of liquor. On this night of nights, this external "eye-candy" is given out to the older boys, much in the manner that regular candy is given out to the younger ones.
